Local event 2.5 hour drive. Setup was on Friday night as crew worked on the dance stage. Easy photographer setup as we had access to house wifi (production guest 19401940). Both photo and video self generated no need for local network. Video need a lot of setup help as it was second event solo. Lite photo load as there where many solos. Long days over 200 routines per day. Klein auditorium offered cheap concessions. No bottle filler. Parked in auditorium lot. Wait to tape all video lines down. XDR for floor mic, XDR for sound system to video and SDI to feed event producer.

The Circle Hotel Fairfield was clean and comfortable, updated motel. Breakfast at 7, setup around 6:30, was able to get coffee. Keypad for locks. Stop and Shop near by, might be walk able. Dunkins’ on the way to the venue if needed. Easy on to 95
